RETURN / ORDER POLICY
Great White will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time, all sales are final. Please ask any questions regarding sizing, etc. by contacting info@greatwhite.cafe before making your purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and shipping. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
FAULTY AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us within 21 days of purchase so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
